SYMTERA may use third-party communications providers, including Twilio, to support approved SMS and voice features for Ondris and other SYMTERA services.
How messaging consent works
- SMS consent is optional and separate from account creation, purchases or access to the core service.
- People must knowingly choose to receive the specific SMS communications described at the point of opt-in.
- Consent is never assumed from simply providing a phone number.
- Message frequency varies by the feature or service selected. Message and data rates may apply.
- Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance where supported.
- SYMTERA does not sell, rent, transfer or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
